Many grip competitions these days feature 2-handed rolling handles, leading to heavier weights lifted and greater importance on a well-balanced deadlift posture.
This double rolling handle is a no-fuss straightforward way to work your 2-handed strength and becoming more comfortable with higher weights. Your weaker hand will need to perform in order to maintain the lift, because if it slips, the higher weight cannot be held by the stronger hand on its own.
Rollers are interchangeable with other 5" Nemesis rollers.
By default, the finish on the rollers are kept to raw steel to support consistency in competitions and also to allow for natural seasoning.
