Processing Time

Our customers are our number one priority. Therefore, we strive to get our products into our customers' hands as quickly as possible. We typically ship within 1-2 weeks, but may take a little longer for larger orders or during busy times.

Courier

All products are hand-crafted, carefully packaged and shipped out from Ottawa. We frequently use Canada Post for Canadian destinations, however we will use other couriers if necessary to accommodate any special requirements for size, weight and/or destination of shipment.

International Orders

Duties, customs and any other border-related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
