Get both thumbs going at the same time with this 2-handed version of the original Rolling Thumber!
The 2 rollers spin freely and independently of each other, preventing either thumb from compensating for the other.
Working with both hands allow for heavier weights. By assuming the natural deadlift position, some athletes find more stability and full body engagement, allowing them to lift more with 2 hands compared to doubling their single-hand numbers.
If desired, you can offset your hands relative to the center point to work one thumb more than the other.

By default, the finish on the rollers are kept to raw steel to support consistency in competitions and also to allow for natural seasoning.
