Commonly used in strongman/strongwoman events (power stairs and duck walks), but can also be great to train narrow deadlifts.
Open top style loading pins sold separately (https://nemesisgrips.ca/products/loading-pins-open-top-style). A minimum of 12" loading pin is recommended to make use of all 10 adjustable heights.
Handles are 10" in length. The traditional diameter is 1.25", however thicker handles can help train grip strength.
