The classic loadable olympic dumbbell handle, but with a larger handle diameter which will work your thick bar open hand strength!
The 2-3/8" (as seen in the main photo) is a very common handle diameter as it's often used to train for many grip events requiring strength at that diameter.
By default, the handle is 5" long and each sleeve is 7" long. Please indicate in the cart notes if other specifications are desired.
Lock collars are not included. Please note that some lock collars may not fit on this specialty bar. We recommend grabbing a pair of our in-house lock collars or ensuring that your own can accommodate the 1.9" sleeve diameter.
Other shapes and sizes can be requested.
