The classic style comes with a stainless steel loop which serves as a bonus function for attaching to chains, weights, bands or cable machines! This variant accommodates all nemesis 1.90" loading sleeves and standard 1.97" Olympic loading sleeves.
The minimalistic style is more narrow (1" width instead of the 2" classic) and has an inset screw to reduce bulk. This variant only works with 1.90" loading sleeves. The inset screw requires a 3/16" (or 4.5 mm) allen wrench (not included).
