1. 2” Napalm’s Nightmare (Rolling) 6” Lift
2. 2x5 Napalm’s Nightmare (Pinch) 6” Lift
3. 2 3/8” Napalm’s Nightmare (Rolling) 6” Lift
4. 3x4 Napalm’s Nightmare (Pinch) 6” Lift

Venue details:

• December 13th 2025
• Weigh-in starts 9am
• Lifting starts 10am
• Nemesis HQ

Contest rules:

• All events are double overhand 6" lifts
• 4 attempts per athlete
• Each attempt will be 30 seconds, including any prep time to chalk.
• Each subsequent attempt must be at the same weight or heavier
• Athletes will have a minimum of 2 minutes between attempts
• No liquid chalk
• Clothing will consist of pants, shorts or a skirt for the lower half
• Full rules to be covered on the day of the contest
