Where pinch blocks work wider pinch strength, this pinch plate will work your narrow pinch strength.
This is recommended for more advanced training if you are already experienced with the wider pinch blocks and are looking for a challenge. Because the plate is only 1/4" thin, it puts more stress on the hand. Make sure to warm up before working this one!
Alternatively, this plate works very well as a key pinch.
