- 3x4 Napalm’s Nightmare (Pinch) 6” Lift
Venue details:
- December 13th 2025
- Weigh-in starts 9am
- Lifting starts 10am
- Nemesis HQ (2736 Old Almonte Rd, Ottawa, ON, K0A 1L0)
Contest rules:
- All events are double overhand 6" lifts
- 4 attempts per athlete
- Each attempt will be 30 seconds, including any prep time to chalk.
- Each subsequent attempt must be at the same weight or heavier
- Athletes will have a minimum of 2 minutes between attempts
- No liquid chalk
- Clothing will consist of pants, shorts or a skirt for the lower half
- Full rules to be covered on the day of the contest
Food:
You are welcome to and encouraged to bring outside food. We will be having a holiday potluck. If you'd like, feel free to bring something small to share!
Prizes:
There will be no trophies at the Ottawa venue. Results will be compiled across Napalm Nightmare World Championship venues and added to the GSI official database.
