These are great for working your finger stability in different hand positions. Great for climbers and grip athletes, but also for musicians looking to improve their finger span and strength.
Small: 3" sides, with 1-3/4" separation between pivot points. Medium: 3.5" sides, with 2-3/8" separation between pivot points. Large: 4" sides, with 3" separation between pivot points.
Grab the standard paddles for extreme difficulty, or the spheres for almost impossible difficulty...lol!
By default, the finish on the spinning attachments are kept to raw steel to support consistency in competitions and also to allow for natural seasoning.
