A nuts and bolts version of a loadable dumbbell where 1" standard plates are loaded to the handle using 1" coarse thread bolts. Spacers are available to adapt for olympic plates. Serves a similar purpose to other loadable handles but without excessive sleeve sticking out at the ends and doesn't require lock collars.
Handles are 5" in length by default, and bolts up to 10". Other specifications can be requested.
Great for thick bar training or for dumbbell movements where you need to secure your plates very tightly.
