Inspired by Homegym Harry (Harrison Lands), this series reflects his love for home gym equipment, specifically squat racks with 5/8" holes and their abundance of different attachments. Hence, the pieces in this series all use 5/8" rods and provides a novel way to train grip.
The 1,2 and 3-prong variations all have 4" length rods and make for interesting verticals, but our favourite is definitely the 5-prong (one 2" rod, two 1.5" rods, and two 1" rods) crown due to its required dexterity and precision when lifting as a strict hub.
