Are you ready for battle? We are taking fitness and grip training to a new level of epic-ness!
These shot-loadable spartan spears will give you plenty of ways to incorporate grip training into your fitness routines. Even just trying to hold an empty spear with one hand towards the butt while keeping the spear parallel to the ground demands significant wrist leverage strength, let alone doing movements or loading lead shot for additional weight.
Choose the specs that suit your needs:
1" diameter handles (1.1 lb/ft empty, 2.3 lb/ft loaded)
1.25" diameter handles (1.4 lb/ft empty, 3.7 lb/ft loaded)
1.5" diameter handles (1.7 lb/ft empty, 5.3 lb/ft loaded)
This means that a fully loaded spear with 1.5" handle diameter and 60" handle length would weigh approximately 29 lbs. Lead shot (not included) is loaded through the butt of the handle and secured with the included bolt cap.
Default spear head is as shown in photos. However, we know there are so many cool styles of spears out there. If you would like any custom work, feel free to shoot us a message and we'd be happy to work with you to figure out feasibility and provide a quote.
Spear comes in raw steel, and includes decorative shaft wrapping and red warrior cloth as shown.
