These competition uprights are a must-have if you plan on achieving a specific height for your lifts, in training and/or during competitions.
Uprights are 24" in height and have adjustable hooks with screw-locks.
The knock bar (the horizontal bar that spans across the uprights) is 36" in length.
The cross guard (the rod that slides onto the loading pin, under the weight stack) fits Olympic loading pins and has a stem length of 20".
Ruler tape is not included. Users can opt to purchase this themselves and attach to the sides of the uprights. A tip to get the knock bar level is to measure the desired lifting height on one end first, then repeat for the other end. Don't forget to measure from the top of the cross guard to the bottom of the knock bar to accurately represent the lifting height.
