Now you can use your olympic plates with your favourite Nemesis 1" bolted handles (ex. dumbbell handles, franken blob and loadable macebells)!
Each spacer is 1.9" in diameter and 1" thick, and comes with a washer. Each spacer is threaded to fit onto 1" standard bolts.
Get multiple spacers if you plan on loading more plates. Generally, you want your total spacer length to be slightly shorter than the total height of your weight stack, in order to allow the bolt to be fastened tightly.
