Ever wished your gyro ball exerciser had more resistance? Well, this Gyro Sledge will give your forearms a burn in no time, with lots of loading room for progression!
This fantastic tool is comprised of 2 major components: the bearing housing, which has a pair of 1-inch industrial bearings, welded together with two 5" loadable sleeves; and the handle, which is 20" in length by default and attaches to the head with a 1" coarse threaded bolt and nut system for extra strength.
This modularity allows for interchangeable handles and other creative attachments. Let us know if you'd like any other specifications or special fabrications.
To get the gyro effect, load up the head asymmetrically so that you can keep it spinning. Loading it up evenly is possible too, and that will give you more of the traditional sledge workouts.
Please note that some lock collars may not fit on this specialty bar. We recommend grabbing a pair of our in-house lock collars or ensuring that your own can accommodate the 1.9" sleeve diameter.
