One of the most versatile grip tools, this innovative take on the classic wrist wrench adds on a parallel bar (rotates along the axis of the main barrel) to provide you with multiple ways to work your grip. Some examples include:
Traditional wrist wrench style (works your wrist, easy) Thumb on bar, with strap over top of bar (works your thumb, moderate) Thumb on bar, with strap not over top of bar (works your fingers and thumb, very difficult) Fingers on bar, with thumb on main barrel (works your thumb intensely, difficult)
2 sizes are available to meet different hands sizes and/or training goals:
2" barrel with 3/4" thumb bar 2-3/8" barrel with 1" thumb bar
By default, the finish on the thumb bar is kept to raw steel to support consistency in competitions and also to allow for natural seasoning. However, as always, we're more than happy to accommodate any particular finishes to support your artistic and training desires.
