Key pinch strength doesn't have to be static, and neither should your progress. Grab one of these pocket size twisters to get your thumb working on the go. No weight plates needed.

Named after Eric Roussin, the founder of Canada Grip Sport, this twister commemorates Eric's significant contribution to the sport and reflects his liking for this particular tool in toasting off his thumbs at the end of a good key pinch training session. This will be the first of many original products named after others who have made strides to help bring improvements, innovation and inspiration to the community.

Twist clockwise to compress the spring, or counter clockwise to decompress. The more compressed the spring, the more difficult the twisting motion becomes. You can train to compress the spring all the way and then decompress, or simply stick to a single position and just work the twisting there.

The twister comes in 3 different heads. The flat head is great for warm-ups and cool-downs. The ball head is a step up from there. And the no-head is the most difficult of them all given its lack of any edge or groove for leverage.

There are 3 weights of interchangeable springs. Yellow is easiest, then red, and then blue. No exact poundage has been rated for these at this time.

By default, the heads are kept as raw steel to facilitate natural seasoning and to resist against wear from continuous dynamic use.

Other head styles can be requested!
