A great way to strengthen your wrist in the pinch position. This translates perfectly to the saxon lift where you generate better leverage if you're curling your wrist in the double overhand position.
The saxon wrench allows you to isolate one hand at a time. Working your weaker hand will help improve your 2-handed saxon lifts.
Also great for attaching to cable machines and doing wrist curl repetitions.
