Want to add a little more focus on the thumbs when training for key pinches or the Finnish ball event? Similar to the Rolling Key of Valhalla, but different enough (with its spherical shape and rounded guard) to add some diversity to your training.
The diameter of the sphere is 40 mm (same as the Finnish Ball), and freely spins along an axis to challenge your thumb in maintaining its curved position around the ball. The curved guard allows for a comfortable wrap with the index finger, yet is small enough to not get in the way of the feel of a standard ball key pinch.
By default, the finish on the ball is kept to raw steel to support consistency in competitions and also to allow for natural seasoning.
