Contrasting to our regular rolling handles, these J-handles purposely have one stem connecting the attachment and the loading holes to allow more freedom for arm, shoulder and body movements, which are essential for armwrestling.
All J-handles come with one attachment of your choice. Having a varied collection of interchangeable attachments can offer different ways to add leverage to your training and may be helpful in preparing competitive athletes for variety in opponent styles. Buy some additional attachments here!
Width is 5.25" for all attachments, allowing ample room for different hand sizes.
The "J" part of the handle includes 3 holes to further vary the pulling force direction from directly centered to slightly off-centered.
Cupping attachments come with a strap. Please indicate your preferred strap colour in the cart notes and we'll do our best to accommodate if supply permits. Otherwise the default will be black.
