These push up spikes provide extra challenge by minimizing the surface contact between your hands and the floor, through a sturdy and solid rounded point. The sphere at the top of each spike provides an ergonomic and stable grasp for pumping out those extended reps!
Different size spheres are available to accommodate different hand sizes and/or training needs.
It is highly recommended that you use these spikes on a rubber mat or other grippy surface that helps prevent the spikes from slipping.
