Very simple and portable tool to help train wrist strength and stability. Simply attach the loop to a loading pin, cable system or exercise band to generate some resistance.
Grab a flat fold strap to train your pronation/supination strength, and a twist fold strap to work your riser strength (radial deviation) and toproll strength (pronation/supination).
Strap width is 1.5" and is made of premium soft nylon webbing.
