There are many games you can play here. You can do laps (clockwise and counter-clockwise), race against the clock, capture the flag (moving from one space to a targeted space), or come up with you own challenge! Either way, you're going to get a fantastic grip work-out in.
This hefty piece weighs approximately 11 lbs, but if that's not heavy enough, just stack more weight onto the loading pin before placing this on top.
When selecting which implement (not included) to attach to the open top loading pin, be sure to request for an insert style base in place of the standard loop. This allows the implement and loading pin to move as one motion.
