This is so much fun! Take your sledge workout to the next level! Just like Cup and Ball, this Sledge and Ball works your wrist leverage strength in both isometric and dynamic ways! Also, improving your hand eye coordination is a nice added bonus.
There are 2 levels of coordination difficulty. The cup side is easiest. Whereas, the opposite side only has a small hole opening, making it much harder since you really have to get it right on, but with minimal momentum to prevent it from bouncing away.
And of course, things get much harder as your position your hand further way from the head, both in terms of leverage strength needed but also hand-eye coordination.
And if that's not hard enough, you can opt for a larger diameter handle to truly challenge your grip strength!
By default, the handle length is 20", and the weight for a 2" diameter is approximately 8.5 lbs. Other specifications can be requested.
