This is what you get when you combine a rolling thumber and a wrist wrench!
The Thumber Wrench is a great way to elevate your pinch and wrist strength at the same time. With a regular wrist wrench, there is a dependence on the thumb to prevent the barrel from rolling out of your hand. By adding an independent roller to the thumb position, this dependence is significantly increased.
If you want even more of a challenge, choose a larger roller and/or larger barrel. The photos show a 2-3/8" barrel with a 1.5" roller.
The roller is not interchangeable. As with other nemesis products, the finish on the rollers are kept to raw steel to support consistency in competitions and also to allow for natural seasoning.
